I. Ordering
Order by browsing products, selecting your specifications, and selecting "Buy Now." (Email [email protected] for special requests). If you'd like to see what you've added to your cart, select "View Cart." When you are ready to check out, click on "Proceed to Check out." Otherwise, you can change the quantity of your items, or continue shopping.
When you place your order, we require that you provide your name, shipping address, and e-mail address so we can confirm and update your order as needed. Your information will NOT be shared with third-party affiliates.
II. Payment
As of right now, we are only accepting Paypal payments. It is free to set up an account or you may use it as a guest. This is for both your and our protection. Paypal is a free SECURED service to make online payments. FREE to sign up. FREE to send money. If you don`t have a Paypal account, sign up today at www.paypal.com. My invoices will be coming from [email protected].
III. Processing
Processing takes 1-7 days, depending on the product, and only AFTER invoices have been paid (your payment goes toward the cost of production). If you'd like to know the status of your order, please e-mail at [email protected].
If I have something that's stopping me from finishing products on time, I will announce it on the Facebook page.
If you need the products by a certain date, please be sure email us before ordering for availability.
IV. Shipping
Shipping rates within the US is as follows:
$0-$10 - $2.00 shipping
$10-$50 - $3.50 shipping
$70+ - Free First Class Shipping.
If you want your items a faster, you may choose to send them via Priority Mail for $5.50 (in the U.S. only).
*Please note that the customer is responsible for all applicable duties, fees and any other charges for customs clearance.
All products are wrapped and packaged by us. We are not responsible for damage that occurred during shipping. If you had trouble or didn't get your products are all, contact us so we will be able to find out what happened and see what we can do.
V. Refunds/Exchanges
If one of our products are defective, we'll be happy to refund/exchange within 30 days of purchase. E-mail [email protected] if you have any concerns.
VI. Gift Certificates/Coupons
Gift certificates are non-transferable & not redeemable for cash. They may be used to purchase store merchandise. Any unused balance will be given as store credit. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you are responsible for the balance.
VII. Liability
Our products are for use at your own risk. You agree that Creations by Liliana Trahan accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
